Terms of Service

RepFlow is a workout-tracking application that lets you log training sessions, generate AI-assisted training plans, and view analytics about your training.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or extract data at scale.

The Service provides general fitness information and AI-generated training suggestions. It does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. You assume all risk associated with following any plan generated by the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns, refunds, and tax compliance. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly in Swiss francs (CHF) by Paddle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in line with our refund policy. Applicable taxes (including Swiss VAT and EU VAT) are calculated and collected by Paddle.

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, unless you have explicitly requested immediate access to the digital service and acknowledged loss of withdrawal right (which is the case when you start using the Pro features).

You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. storing your logs, computing analytics, generating plans).

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events may cause downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of training data due to causes beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland — subject to mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
