Refund Policy

This refund policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions to RepFlow, provided by Ampersand Labs by Davide Morotti.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
2. Merchant of Record — Paddle
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes all payments, handles tax compliance, issues invoices, and processes all refunds on our behalf.
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit paddle.net (Paddle's buyer portal) and submit a refund request directly.
- Email us at hello@repflow.ch with your order details and we will assist you in coordinating the refund with Paddle.

4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
