Generates a periodized weekly plan tuned to your experience, equipment, and dominant goal. Pick from hypertrophy, strength, endurance, fat loss, athleticism, or general — combine multiple at once.

Universal Set Logger

One unified active session UI handles resistance, outdoor cardio, and machine cardio. Fields adapt automatically: reps/kg for lifting, distance/duration for runs, level/speed/incline for treadmills and ergs.

Event Periodization

Set a date for a marathon, hyrox, triathlon, powerlifting meet, or custom event. The engine periodizes (base → build → peak → taper) and overrides your default training mix until the event date.

Consistency Matrix

GitHub-style heatmap of the last 12 months — see streaks, active days, total sessions, and weekly averages at a glance.

Output Rollup

Last-7-day and 30-day training volume, total minutes, average sessions per week, and days-since-last-session — all on the dashboard.

Schedule-Aware Planning

Tell the engine which days you can train and how long each session lasts. Plans never overflow the time you actually have.

Live Session Timers

Per-session and per-exercise live timers. Rest countdown between sets. Total session duration is saved for analytics.

RPE in Plain Language

Effort targets are shown as Easy / Moderate / Hard / Max — both in your plan and during active sets — with a contextual hint so you know what each level feels like.

Hosted in Switzerland, FADP-compliant. Your training data is yours — you can export it or delete your account at any time.
