Cookie Policy

This page explains how RepFlow uses cookies and similar storage technologies (such as localStorage) on your device. For details about how we handle personal data more broadly, see our privacy policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use comparable technologies such as localStorage to remember settings and to keep you signed in.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication session, CSRF protection, your cookie-consent choice. | Required — no consent needed |
| Functional | Remember UI preferences (e.g. selected day, panel state). | Required for full functionality |
| Analytics (optional) | Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics so we can improve the product. | Only set after you click Accept all |
3. Managing your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for repflow.ch, after which the banner reappears on your next visit.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from working (you'll be signed out).
4. Third-party cookies
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. Any analytics cookies are set by privacy-respecting providers configured to anonymize IP addresses and to honor "Do Not Track".
